Experienced Project Manager for International Growth

We are looking for an experienced project manager with a passion for international growth and product launches. In this role, you will drive global projects in a fast-growing industry and be a key player in creating success in international markets. About the Position

We at SJR are now looking for a driven project manager for our client who is expanding their successful brand internationally. The assignment starts at the beginning of February and lasts until 2026-12-31. The client offers hybrid work and is centrally located in Stockholm.

Responsibilities

As a project manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and executing new projects within product launches and further development in international markets.
• Ensuring that products meet market-specific regulations and requirements.
• Coordinating master data and product lifecycle management (PLM) for the product portfolio.
• Planning and executing procurement and production processes.

Suitable Background

We are looking for someone with a university degree in marketing, business administration, engineering, or equivalent. You should have at least 5 years of experience as a project manager, within Operations and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). The projects span approximately 5 months, and you will manage up to 15-20 projects concurrently. New project requests come in every month, which means a dynamic and varied work environment. In this assignment, it is required that you are fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

Personal Qualities

You have a strong drive and results focus, and you are skilled at building networks. You have good collaboration skills and work in a structured and organized manner, with the ability to prioritize effectively. In this role, flexibility and adaptability to a fast-changing work environment are essential, as well as strong communication skills.
