VS-Hus AB is a property management company with approximately 1,650 apartments and premises totaling about 125,000 square meters, mainly located in Västerås, Fagersta, Norberg, and Skinnskatteberg.

We are now looking for a property caretaker to join our team in Västerås.

You should be self-driven, handle maintenance requests, and schedule appointments with customers. As a property caretaker, you will assist in our apartments and premises during renovations, such as making minor maintenance requests, ordering materials, contacting subcontractors, conducting apartment viewings, key management, etc.

Outdoor maintenance includes lawn mowing, edging grass areas, weeding flower beds, and trimming bushes. In winter, snow removal, sanding, and on-call duties are required.

You must be self-sufficient and able to work independently. You need to be driven and represent our company outwardly. As a person, you are service-oriented, meticulous, structured, and flexible, while also being a good ambassador for the company.

You will be part of a small team of carpenters, property caretakers, painters, plumbing installers, and tile setters. Everyone supports and helps each other, and each person's work truly makes a difference and contributes to the company's development.
