Do you want to work at a facility for recycling electronics where the focus is on safe, efficient, and correct destruction of data-bearing devices? We are looking for someone to receive, handle, and process incoming materials at our facility in Länna. Eventually, the work may move to Spånga full-time.

In this role, you will work at our electronics recycling facility with receiving, sorting, and destruction of data on electronics such as computers, mobile phones, and other storage media. You will be responsible for ensuring that all materials are handled according to established routines for data security, environmental, and occupational safety. The work involves both manual tasks and driving a forklift (if needed) as well as documentation in our system.

• Receiving and registering incoming materials from customers and carriers

• Sorting and preparing electronics for destruction or further handling

• Performing secure destruction of data according to company procedures and applicable legal requirements

• Operating machines for erasure/sanitization or physical destruction of storage media

• Driving a forklift as needed and securing goods in the facility

• Maintaining and reporting documentation regarding receipt, destruction, and waste management

• Collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements

• Experience in warehouse receiving, sorting, or working with electronics is advantageous

• Forklift license A+B, some forklift driving occurs during deliveries

• Experience or understanding of data security and handling sensitive information is advantageous

• Basic computer skills for registration and documentation

• Good physical ability and experience with manual tasks

• Swedish language skills in speech and writing and good knowledge

We are looking for someone who works meticulously, takes responsibility for safety and quality, and enjoys a somewhat mechanical and logistics-oriented environment. You are structured, proactive, and like to collaborate with colleagues to maintain efficient processes. You consistently follow routines and safety regulations and are flexible regarding the workplace (Länna at first but may become full-time in Spånga in the long run).
