We are a girl and a boy, both 5 years old, looking for assistants to our newly started team in Avesta. In our free time, we enjoy crafting, reading, or listening to a book. Our support needs mainly concern the physical aspects, which can sometimes be heavy, so we are looking for someone with good physical fitness.

We can tell you what we want, but it is still necessary to be attentive and able to read body language. Most things we learn together, as needs, like everyone else's, are individual. We would like you to have worked in a similar role, but the most important thing is of course the chemistry between us.

It is important for us that our assistants are cheerful, imaginative, and take their own initiatives so that we can have a fun and meaningful everyday life with people we can rely on.

During the day, we attend preschool, and our assistants get to accompany us there. We would like our assistants to encourage play with our friends while maintaining a low profile in between.

We are looking for 8 assistants working 90%. The shifts are scheduled during the day, evening, and awake night.

Meritorious:

Experience working in a family

Experience in care and support

Requirements:

Driver's license

Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written

Criminal record extract to work with children under LSS
