The Individual and Family Care (IFO) is organized within the Social and Labor Market Administration. IFO consists of four units: the Child and Family Unit, the Reception and Prevention Unit, the Social Psychiatry Unit, and the Unit for Social Interventions, where we operate under ESI Adult.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work at one of the following residences. Current positions are available at:

• The treatment home Stoltzen HvB, which is a treatment home for adults with addiction and dependency issues. The fundamental philosophy is permeated by the 12-step theory along with CBT. Working hours: day, evening, and awake night.
• The support homes Norränge/Västanäng, focusing on addiction and comorbidity. Working hours: day, evening, and awake night.
• Borlänge municipality's emergency accommodation. A residence for the homeless in Borlänge municipality. Working hours: awake night.

We work with a care chain.

Various contacts and planning with different authorities will be part of your job responsibilities. This means you will have weekly conversations, summaries of documentation, and some contact with the authorities. This varies depending on which residence you work at.
At Stoltzen, you will be involved in the treatment.
At the support homes, you support clients on their path to society.
At the emergency accommodation, you ensure to protect and support the homeless residents of Borlänge.

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 1 year of prior experience working with the target groups is required. Very good Swedish in both spoken and written form, as well as a driver's license, are mandatory.

Meritorious:
Education as a treatment assistant, nursing assistant, or other equivalent qualifications.
Training in MI and the program Crime as a Lifestyle.
Good computer skills.

We are looking for a team player and therefore want different types of personalities and skills, team before self. Being empathetic without being sentimental. Being able to see and meet the person while still being able to set boundaries and be solution-focused.
To work in this field, you need to be flexible, attentive, stress-resistant, and secure in yourself.
