You will work with diabetes patients in your own diabetes clinic.

The work is scheduled for weekdays, Monday to Friday. On certain evenings and weekends, we also staff the evening and weekend clinic.

About the Workplace

We at Breared have now grown large enough to be an independent health center, having previously been a branch of Västra Vall. We are located in an expanding area just five minutes from the city center.

Here, we meet the future development of healthcare together, through ongoing work, where we monitor the environment to achieve our own set goals. We strive to have a responsive leadership where we care that you as an employee feel heard and involved in our development process.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with a specialization in district nursing. You have previous experience working in primary care and an interest in developing our work with digitized care.

For the position, it is required that you have good collaboration skills and are service-oriented. You are clear in your message and can adapt based on the recipient, as well as have the ability to understand someone else's perspective. We also see that you have a holistic perspective, take responsibility for your work, and adapt based on different situations. You have a structured working method and create conditions for a good flow at the reception. To thrive as a district nurse with us, you are positive about change and want to be part of our development journey. To ensure good and safe communication with colleagues, patients, and other contacts, we require good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
