Working in care and assistance usually involves scheduled day/evening/weekend/night shifts. Please indicate in your application if you want to work nights.

QUALIFICATIONS

If you have experience, it is highly valued, but we are happy to train you if you are working in care for the first time. Our goal is for your time to be both fun and educational, so we meet you where you are and fill in your knowledge gaps during the introductory period.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability, which means that you are flexible and secure in your professional role, and can work independently as well as in a team. We value good collaboration skills and a professional approach. You work closely with the users, and therefore you should have a great interest in people, patience, and the ability to understand the user's situation. It is taken for granted that you have a good attitude towards the users and their relatives. We would also like you to have knowledge of minority languages, such as Sami, Meänkieli, or Finnish.

A driver's license is required for work in home care. To work with us, you must be at least 18 years old.
