Description

In the northern part of the municipality, we have the care and nursing homes Vitsippan and Hestragården.

The operation consists of permanent housing in the form of care apartments and short-term care. We are now looking for someone who wants to contribute to providing good care and support for the elderly in this area.

The position requires flexibility, independence, and the ability to quickly adapt to new conditions. We do not apply split shifts.

It is important that you have an interest in helping others and that you are calm, attentive, and communicative in your approach. Respect for differences and the equal value of all people is fundamental. Your role as an employee is closely linked to your ability to collaborate and participate in your own and the organization's development.

Responsibilities

You will work with person-centered care, encourage independence, participation, and create a meaningful everyday life together with the individual.

You are an important part of the multi-professional team around the elderly person. In addition to nursing assistants, there are activation staff, service staff, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications

You should have a high school education in the nursing program, health and medical care, or another education deemed equivalent.
