As one of our district nurses steps up to become the deputy operations manager, we are now looking for her replacement.

We are seeking a district nurse who wants to work in primary care where values come first. As part of Bräcke Nyhälsan health center, you will be part of a non-profit organization where quality, collaboration, and patient benefit guide our work.

Your Role

Working as a nurse at Nyhälsan Health Center means you will be an important part of a team where every meeting matters. Here, you will work closely with patients, where long-term relationships create security, and where we together shape the care we would like to receive ourselves. You will work with outpatient care, telephone advice, assessments, and follow-ups. At the same time, you will help develop the organization with your holistic view and experience.

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse or district nurse and who shares the idea of primary care based on both competence and humanity. You have an interest in general medicine and a broad generalist perspective, feel comfortable in your profession, and work just as confidently independently as with colleagues. You contribute to a good working climate and appreciate an environment where everyone helps and lifts each other.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse or district nurse
• Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious

• Experience working in primary care
• Relevant specialist training, such as asthma/COPD or diabetes

Bräcke health center Nyhälsan and Forserum branch Nyhälsan is responsible for the care of approximately 8000 patients, of which about 2000 have Forserum as their primary care provider. The branch is characterized by small scale, high continuity in patient meetings, and good internal cooperation.
