As a preschool teacher with us at Tollare, you will be part of a creative environment with dedicated colleagues who focus on the mission. You will be responsible for teaching and ensuring that care, development, and learning form a balanced whole. You will also be responsible for initiating, leading, and supporting the pedagogical development work and quality work in accordance with applicable governing documents and the organization's values. You see the work team as a strength and are a team player.

Pedagogical degree with a focus on younger ages/teacher in preschool with certification and good knowledge of current governing documents. You are confident in your leadership role and have a reflective working method. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, and additional language skills are an advantage.
