As a shift leader at Yoump, you will work both as a instructor and receptionist, but with added responsibility to ensure everything runs smoothly during your shift. You are a natural leader who contributes to a safe, fun, and energetic environment – for both guests and colleagues. The position is between 50-80% depending on agreement.

• Customer Experience: Be a positive role model and ensure that every guest feels welcome and seen.

• Leadership: Support colleagues during your shift, assist with questions, and ensure that routines are followed.

• Reception & Service: Manage bookings, payments, customer service via email/phone, and ensure that the café and shop are appealing and inviting.

• Instructor Work: Instruct guests, host parties and group bookings, and encourage activity in a safe and engaging manner.

• Safety & Order: Ensure that safety regulations are followed and that the park is kept clean, nice, and pleasant according to cleaning routines.

• Sales: Actively work with upselling in the café and shop and present products in a selling manner.

• Is responsible, positive, and likes to take initiative.

• Has an easy time creating a good atmosphere and enjoys an active environment.

• Is structured and able to juggle multiple tasks.

• Enjoys leading others and contributing to a strong team.
