Assembler at Phoenix Mecano

Are you a practical person who enjoys tinkering, screwing, and seeing the results of your work? Do you want to be part of a company that develops and manufactures high-quality products? Then the role of an assembler at Phoenix Mecano might be right for you!

We are now looking for a meticulous and dedicated assembler for Phoenix Mecano. The position is a temp-to-perm recruitment where you will be employed by Maxkompetens for the first six months, with good opportunities for a takeover by the client after the period ends.

Your Responsibilities

As an assembler at Phoenix Mecano, you will work in production with the assembly of actuators, lift columns, and aerial work platforms. You will be involved in manufacturing and be part of a team where you can work alongside skilled colleagues. With us, you will have the chance to develop your technical skills and broaden your experience in modern production.

The tasks include mechanical assembly, so you should have previous experience from industry or craftsmanship where you have assembled and tinkered.

Your Profile

To thrive in this role, we prefer that you are engaged, driven, and take initiative in your approach. You are a person who understands the importance of performing quality work and contributes with enthusiasm to the team. Furthermore, you are solution-oriented and have good collaboration skills.

To be considered for this position, you have:

  • Previous experience in assembly within industry or craftsmanship. Experience in reading technical drawings, wiring, or electronics is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a car if you do not start from Växjö.
