About the role

We are looking for someone who wants to take a central role in our production and help drive development forward!

Your responsibilities

As a Production Engineer with us, you will:

• Analyze and evaluate machining methods to choose effective and cost-efficient solutions.
• Create, optimize, and fine-tune CNC programs for both lathes and milling machines.
• Interpret customer needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Plan production for optimal resource use and secure delivery times.
• Conduct quality controls and drive improvement measures.
• Work closely with an experienced and competent technician team.

We are looking for someone who has

• At least 5 years of experience as a production engineer/CNC operator – preferably in turning and milling.
• Experience in a highly automated production environment.
• Good reading skills for technical drawings and experience with ISO programming is a requirement.
• Strong communication skills and a natural aptitude for teamwork.
• Drive, commitment, and a desire to improve processes and results.
• There may be shift work in this position. Training will take place during the day.
