About the Position

The position is long-term and is a temp-to-hire recruitment through Montico, where the right person will be offered direct employment with Kito Crosby after a period of hiring. The work schedule is shift work with rotating shifts between morning and afternoon.

Job Description

As a CNC operator in the component factory, you will primarily work with machining forged steel components on various machining machines. Kito Crosby has CNC machines (lathes, mills, and multi-tasking machines) as well as robot cells with ABB, Motoman, UR robots, and KUKA robots.

We are looking for someone who

We are looking for someone with a solid interest in manufacturing and production within machining. Furthermore, you should be goal-oriented and focused on quality. We are looking for both senior CNC operators and those who are more junior with relevant education.

To be considered for the position, we see that you have the following:

• CNC education
• At least 1 year of experience in the manufacturing industry
• Experience with cutting machining (lathe/mill/multi-tasking) in CNC-controlled machines
• Experience with setups
• Experience with reading technical drawings and measurement techniques

Meritorious:

• Forklift license A+B
• Experience with Fanuc and Siemens
• Experience with multi-axis machines
