Mechanic for Peab Fräs

About the position:

As a mechanic at Peab Fräs, you will work with service, troubleshooting, and repair of milling machines and associated equipment. The work is varied and takes place both in the workshop and out on our projects, where field service is an obvious part of the role.

You play an important role in our production and contribute to minimizing downtime, ensuring high operational reliability, and creating safe workplaces. The role gives you a lot of responsibility and the opportunity to plan your work in close collaboration with site management and production.

Your tasks:

• Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of milling machines and equipment
• Planned and emergency maintenance
• Field service on our projects around the region
• Collaboration with site management and production staff
• Documentation of completed work

We are looking for someone who:

• Has education in vehicles, machinery, or equivalent practical experience
• Has experience with heavy machinery and/or construction machinery
• Is solution-oriented, self-driven, and responsible
• Enjoys varied workdays and working in the field
• Has good collaboration skills and works with a strong focus on safety
• Holds a valid driver's license (requirement)
