About the role

As a junior mechanic, you will primarily work with simpler workshop jobs and service tasks. You will be an important part of the flow to get the cars ready for photography, delivery, and sales. The role suits you if you enjoy practical work, are meticulous, and want to improve every week.

Your main tasks

• Service and maintenance (e.g., oil, filters, basic checks)
• Tire changes and tire work (mounting, changing, simpler tire-related tasks)
• Brake changes (basic level)
• Changing simpler wear parts (e.g., link arms/stays where relevant)
• Preparations for inspection and delivery
• Basic troubleshooting (basic level, with support as needed)
• Keeping the workshop organized and following routines/checklists
• Reporting completed work and deviations according to our processes

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has some experience from a workshop (internship, previous jobs, or education)
• Is meticulous, reliable, and enjoys working at a fast pace
• Thrives with clear routines and working in a structured manner
• Wants to develop and learn more about mechanics over time
• Has a B driver's license and a personal car

You are unpretentious, responsible, and willing to ask for help when needed – but at the same time, you want to build your own confidence in the work.
