Job Description

The energy industry is facing an exciting and challenging future. We are now looking for someone who wants to continue to lead and develop the group in close collaboration with the municipality and the business community. To succeed in this, it is essential that you understand the conditions, challenges, and prioritized development areas of the energy industry.

In the role of CEO/Group CEO, you will report to the board of Bodens Energi AB and the board of Bodens Energi Elnät AB, and you will be part of the management team for Bodens Kommunföretag AB. You will also be the chairman of the board of the subsidiary Bodens Stadsnät AB.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone with qualified experience in a corporate leadership position. You have an academic background or equivalent experience. The experience should include results and personnel responsibility, with clear elements of change management, technology, and market and business development work. Experience from the energy industry or energy-intensive industry is highly meritorious.

As a leader, you are decisive and can prioritize and drive the right issues with integrity and professionalism. We expect you to have the ability to inspire and stimulate your surroundings to innovative thinking and responsibility. You are goal-oriented, communicative, and open in your leadership style. We see that you have a genuine interest in the energy industry and have good awareness of the external environment.
