Librarian with responsibility for requirements management

We are now looking for a librarian with special responsibility for requirements management, invoicing, and administrative tasks, who wants to help create stable and well-functioning routines in the Libraries of Kungsbacka.

The role of librarian with us

In this role, you will have a varied and responsible assignment where you combine librarian work with administrative tasks. You will meet visitors in your daily work at the Libraries of Kungsbacka and be part of the library's outward face.

In this role, you have a special responsibility for administrative processes that are important for the quality of the operations. Examples of tasks include:

• Service to visitors, information search, and guidance.
• Responsibility for requirements management and follow-up of invoices in collaboration with colleagues and the municipality's support functions.
• Administrative tasks such as documentation, coordination of interns, and support for the operations.
• Development of routines and working methods related to administration and service.
• Collaboration with the entire library organization, where you listen to colleagues' perspectives and share relevant information.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who combines a professional approach with a sense of service. You thrive in a role where you can switch between administrative tasks that require precision and structure, along with interpersonal meetings.

You work independently and take responsibility for your tasks, while also being a team player who builds good relationships and has the ability to communicate clearly and pedagogically with your surroundings.

You are curious and see learning as part of everyday life, which contributes to development for both you and the organization. Of course, you see the value of contributing to the whole.

You express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

We are looking for you who:

• Have a degree in library and information science or other education that the employer assesses as equivalent.
• Have good digital understanding and AI competence (from education or experience).
• Have experience working in various IT systems.

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience with similar administrative tasks.
• Have a B driver's license.

Our offer and other information

We offer a permanent part-time position of 70% with a start date of February 1 or by agreement.

The position involves work both at the library in the Culture House Fyren and at a local library, as well as work in the evenings and weekends.
