About the Role

The role of Performance Creative Strategist at SWATI Cosmetics involves responsibility for the performance-driven creative strategy that directly impacts sales, growth, and profitability.
The focus is on creating UGC content and campaigns that attract new customers and drive conversion through Meta Ads, TikTok, social media, email marketing, and Swati Cosmetics e-commerce. Concept and campaign work encompasses everything from always-on campaigns to major moments such as Black Friday, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
The role is both strategic and operational. It involves driving initiatives, coordinating creators and partners, making decisions regarding creative deliveries, and ensuring that results are delivered according to goals.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize a high-performing UGC library for paid social, e-commerce, and retention
  • Manage creative strategy and concepts with a strong focus on Meta (+ TikTok) paid social, social media, email marketing, and campaigns
  • Drive persona-based marketing to attract new customers and maximize conversion
  • Develop creative concepts and briefs in collaboration with designers, editors, and creators
  • Lead, coordinate, and make decisions in collaborations with agencies, graphic designers, video editors, and social media coordinators
  • Ensure a clear commercial focus in all creative productions – sales, ROAS, and CAC
  • Analyze campaign data and report insights to improve learning and results
  • Drive improvement work within creative testing, storytelling, CRO, and creative iterations

Your Background

To succeed as a Performance Creative Strategist at SWATI Cosmetics, we believe that a combination of creativity, analytical thinking, and operational decisiveness is important. Strategic understanding of how brands are built and communicated over time, along with a creative eye for visual and textual content, is crucial.

  • Experience from a design agency or similar role in branding and graphic design, including concept development and visual campaigns
  • Have worked in a performance-oriented role at e-commerce or performance agencies, preferably with a focus on beauty, fashion, or lifestyle
  • Are accustomed to making decisions, driving processes, and leading collaborations in a lean organization
  • Are commercially and analytically minded – think in numbers but act creatively
  • Have experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, and Shopify

In addition to the above experiences, the following qualifications are often advantageous:

  • Experience in influencer marketing or building UGC strategies
  • Understanding of CRO, A/B testing, and creative iteration
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Figma, or Premiere Pro
  • Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus)

Location & Application Process

This is a full-time position based in the Stockholm office with subsidiaries in India, which means travel will be required.
