About the position

As a welder at Wenmec, you will be part of a dedicated welding team with strong cohesion and good camaraderie that values a positive and safe working environment. The work is varied and includes both independent tasks and teamwork. You will work with both small and large welding details in both black and stainless steel.

In the role, you will:

• Perform MIG/MAG and TIG welding (MMA is an advantage)
• Work with setting up and programming welding robots

An important part of the job is to participate in improvement work focused on increased efficiency and quality. Wenmec is certified according to ISO 3834-2, which means high demands on precision and quality.

Start: Immediately or by agreement
Salary: According to collective agreement
Working hours: 2-shift

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with good knowledge of MIG/MAG and TIG welding. If you also have experience with MMA welding, it is an advantage. You have a good ability to read and interpret drawings, take initiative, and are used to planning and structuring your work effectively. As a person, you need to be solution-focused and enjoy working towards goals together with your team. We believe that you have a technical vocational education in engineering as a foundation, or have gained equivalent work experience in welding.

Meritorious:

• Welding licenses
• Forklift and overhead crane licenses
• Knowledge of ISO 3834-2 and ISO 5817
