We are a young company but have many years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Our clear vision is to build Sweden's and the Nordics' largest and best production partner in the heavy and medium-heavy machining industry. Our customers are found in Marine, Defence, Energy, Industrial Machines, and Aerospace. We currently have about 90 employees.

We are now looking for more CNC/machine operators who want to join us on our journey into the future.

Your work will mainly involve:

Driving one or more of our lathe or milling machines together with your department colleague.

As a machine operator with us, you will lift, set up, align, process, and ensure the quality of heavy components in various materials. You will act independently based on the updated production plan and customer requirements in our business system Monitor, perform operator maintenance, and pitch in where needed for the day.

To succeed in this role, we believe you need:

• A vocational high school education focused on manufacturing or equivalent practical experience in machining.
• Knowledge of reading technical drawings and measurement techniques.
• Forklift and overhead crane certificates.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and preferably English in both spoken and written form.
• A driver's license is not a requirement, but we consider it a merit.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong quality awareness and is meticulous and organized in their work.
• Is curious and open to taking on new tasks.
• Possesses creativity and appreciates finding their own solutions to problems.
• Has good social skills.
• Knowledge of the IT system Monitor is a merit.
• It is important that you are engaged and that you want to help build a world-class industry with our team.

The work is currently scheduled for two shifts.
