About the Position

Do you want to work at the world's largest crispbread factory and contribute to delivering products that reach the entire world? As a packaging operator at Barilla, you will play an important role in the production flow where you handle and monitor packaging machines that package crispbread. You will work with set quality goals, ensure hygiene standards are followed, and contribute to stable and efficient production work.

At Barilla, safety, hygiene, and quality are always the highest priority. In this role, you are expected to work responsibly and follow applicable safety, hygiene, and quality routines in every step. It is crucial that you take personal responsibility for both your own safety, your colleagues' safety, and for ensuring that the food produced meets the highest quality standards.

The summer assignment is a consultancy assignment through Adecco, where group interviews for production will start at the end of March (tentatively week 13) and will continue on an ongoing basis. The assignment period will last for about eight weeks during the summer (tentatively week 26–33). Training will take place on-site during the spring in smaller groups starting from week 17, which means that the start date may vary, and you need to be available already during the spring. The assignment may be extended depending on business needs.

Examples of Work Tasks

  • Monitor packaging machines and production lines
  • Perform ongoing quality checks
  • Ensure hygiene routines and order in production
  • Report deviations and follow safety routines

Working Hours

• 14:00-22:00

Night:

Note: You cannot choose your shifts yourself, but will be assigned based on business needs. The role therefore requires good flexibility and the ability to commute to and from work regardless of the time of day.

About You

We welcome anyone interested in working at the world's largest crispbread factory. We are looking for a curious and engaged individual with an interest in technology. Previous experience in the industry is an advantage but not a requirement. We value your ability to be flexible and adapt to different tasks, groups, and shifts. You are meticulous, quality-conscious, and enjoy collaborating in a team. Furthermore, we see that you have a good command of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.

  • Swedish language skills in speaking and writing (reading comprehension + communication)
