This staffing is a collaboration between us at Manpower and Moelven. You will be employed by Manpower but will work on-site at Moelven in Säffle.

About the job

You will work on building modules within industrial production, where quality and collaboration are in focus. In a factory environment, you will build finished construction parts such as walls, floors, and roofs, using tools like nail guns and measuring tapes. The work takes place in a factory setting where engagement, responsibility, and teamwork are crucial for success. You will work from drawings and instructions but are also expected to be proactive, contribute improvement suggestions, and take responsibility for driving the work forward with high quality and safety.

Working hours: Daytime between 06:30-16:00

Are you the right person for the role?

We are looking for someone who is engaged and curious to learn. You take responsibility for your tasks, have a positive attitude, and see opportunities rather than obstacles. You enjoy working in a team but are also comfortable taking your own initiatives when needed. For us, the right attitude and willingness to develop are just as important as previous experience.

We are looking for someone who is practical, and if you also have experience from industry, production, or assembly, that is a big plus.

We are looking for someone who:

• Masters Swedish in speech and writing
• Has a driver's license and access to a car
• Has experience with tools
• Has prior experience in assembly, construction, or production

It is considered an advantage if you have previous training in CNC and ADR.

In accordance with our client's requirements, we will conduct a background check in the criminal record before a potential employment.
