Production Assistant, Jam Cooking and Packing

We are looking for someone who wants to work in a structured and efficient production environment with both cooking and packing of jam and marmalade. The role is physical, requires accuracy and practical skills, as well as flexibility for varying tasks.

We are a small-scale organic food producer on a farm in Höje. Production is carried out with clear routines, machinery, and a fast pace.

About the job:

After an introduction, you will alternate between:

• Cooking jam and marmalade according to recipes and routines
• Packing, labeling, and tagging products
• Quality control and hygiene work
• Machine handling and maintenance
• Loading/unloading with a wheel loader

We are looking for someone who:

• Has an interest in food production
• Is practical and enjoys physical work
• Is detail-oriented, solution-oriented, and follows routines
• Has a B driver's license (the workplace is on a farm with limited public transport)
• Has experience in food production or wants to learn from scratch
• Can handle heavy lifting and enjoys working in a small team
• Has or wants to obtain wheel loader certification (meritorious)

Working hours:

Monday–Thursday from 6 AM to 12 PM (may vary depending on production). Part-time 60% (24 hours/week) with plans to extend to full-time.
