About the Position

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a flexo printer who wants to become an important part of their team in Kristinehamn. Here you will work during the day in a safe and welcoming environment where everyone helps each other, shares knowledge, and contributes to a smooth production flow.

You will work with mechanical flexo printing machines and simpler 4-color jobs on paper – a job that is more about feeling for the machine, order, and stability than advanced color theory.

This is a role for you who thrives on structure, enjoys working with your hands, and wants a job where you can clearly see the results of your work. Working hours are Monday–Thursday 07:00–16:15 and Friday 07:00–13:15.

Responsibilities

As a flexo printer, you will work closely with the machine and be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring their older flexo presses. You will make adjustments such as changing gears, mounting clichés and aniloxes, and working with water-based inks while ensuring the viscosity is correct. You will follow the material flow, monitor quality, and ensure that the printing runs smoothly and evenly throughout. Cleaning the ink system and performing simple mechanical maintenance is also included – tasks that many with an interest in machines find a natural part of their daily routine.

We work calmly, methodically, and with a focus on doing a good job together. You will become part of a team where you can both ask for help and contribute when colleagues need support.

We are looking for

We welcome you who have a mechanical interest and feel at home in an industrial environment, whether you have extensive experience or are just starting your journey. The most important thing is that you are curious, meticulous, and enjoy working practically. You are confident in following instructions, read order documents without problems, and speak Swedish fluently.

If you have previously worked with flexo, offset, gravure, or other mechanical machines, that is definitely a plus – but it is not a requirement. It is equally important that you are a person who likes order, appreciates routines, and contributes to a positive and unpretentious atmosphere at work.
