SUMMER TEMPORARY WORKERS FOR STORA ENSO SKOGHALL AND FORSHAGA

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for summer temporary workers for various roles at Skoghall mill and the factory in Forshaga.

At Skoghall mill, you will have the opportunity to work in one of the following roles:

Carton Machines

We are looking for operators for our carton machines KM7 and KM8. As an operator, you will work with process monitoring, primarily from the control room, but you will also conduct rounds as part of the daily work.

Cleaning Department

As an Operator in the Cleaning Department, you will handle wood and chips that are transported to the cleaning facility, where materials are primarily handled with heavy vehicles. For this role, a forklift license B is required, and it is advantageous if you also have qualifications for C2, C3b, as well as experience driving heavy vehicles.

Lab

In the lab, we are looking for Quality Operators with tasks such as quality control of produced cardboard and ensuring that our instruments are correctly calibrated. You will also be responsible for reviewing the quality in the cardboard mill's processes, pulp process, emissions, and recycling systems.

Maintenance

Here you can work as a Mechanic, Automation Technician, Lubricator, FU Technician, Property Technician, or Warehouse Assistant.

As a Mechanic or Automation Technician, you will work with monitoring, adjustments, and maintenance of production on the fiber line, waste-energy-environment, or carton machine. As a Property Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of technical installations in and around the properties. Tasks include, for example, plumbing, HVAC, sprinklers, fire alarms, cameras, lighting, and other technical systems.

In the role of Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for material handling of approximately 35,000 items. You will provide operational support to colleagues who need materials for production, perform inventories, and create shipments for both goods and hazardous materials. This role is available in both Skoghall and Forshaga.

Post-Processing/Loading

In the Post-Processing/Loading department, you will work with the logistics flow for incoming and outgoing deliveries related to production, where forklift driving is a central part of the job.

For the aforementioned roles at Skoghall mill, working hours are scheduled for 3-shift or daytime. For some roles, the working period is April-September and for others May/June-August/September. In the role at the cleaning facility, tasks include forklift driving, and it is required to have a forklift license B, but it is also advantageous to have C2, C3b, and experience driving heavy vehicles. A valid driver's license B is required for some roles and it is advantageous to have a forklift license B and a crane license.

At the factory in Forshaga, you will have the opportunity to work in one of the following roles:

Operator for PE Coating and Post-Processing

As an Operator in PE Coating, you will work on one of our coating and post-processing machines. You will work in a team with varying tasks, from preparing cardboard rolls to final packaging of packaging materials.

Forklift Driver for PE Coating

As a Forklift Driver in PE Coating, you will load and unload goods and check external product quality to ensure delivery to customers with high quality and undamaged products. You will also be responsible for keeping vehicles and equipment in functional and proper condition.

In all roles at our factory in Forshaga, working hours are scheduled for 3-shift. A valid driver's license B is required and it is advantageous if you also have a crane license, forklift license B, and previous experience with forklift driving.

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who either has a completed high school education in technology, vehicles, industry, electrical and energy, or another equivalent high school education. Alternatively, if you have started or completed post-secondary education in process, automation, operational technology, or another relevant education. Requirements for all positions at Skoghall and Forshaga:

• You are at least 18 years old

• Available to work during the summer period May/June-August/September

• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

• The majority of roles require a driver's license B

Additionally, it is advantageous if you:

• Have previous experience working in a production environment, preferably within the process industry

• Have a forklift license and experience driving forklifts

• Have a crane license and experience with cranes
