About the Position

We are now looking for an experienced CNC operator with a focus on milling for one of our client companies in Karlstad. The company is well-established in advanced contract manufacturing and works with both small series and special details in various materials such as steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

Responsibilities:

Independently operate and set up CNC milling machines – from setup to finished part.
Perform measurements and quality checks according to drawings and tolerance requirements.
Work with different materials and batch sizes, often in small series.
Participate in improvement work and contribute to high quality in production.
To some extent, edit or create programs in the machine.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

Experience as a CNC operator, preferably with several years of milling experience.
Good knowledge of reading technical drawings and measurement techniques.
Understanding of machine setup and tool handling.
Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

Experience in programming (CAM or directly in the machine).
Knowledge of control systems such as Siemens, Fanuc, or Heidenhain.
Forklift or overhead crane certificate.
