About the Organization

The operations unit at Mariestad Hospital needs to strengthen its workforce with a property caretaker.

We collaborate with other operations units in the area, and the operations unit Mariestad/Lidköping/Falköping consists of a total of 14 operation technicians, one operations coordinator, and one common operations manager.

About the Job

In your role as a property caretaker, you will primarily work with property maintenance but also with tasks related to supervision and care as well as corrective maintenance. The work involves both planned and more urgent measures. There may also be tasks that include troubleshooting and sometimes even repairs of tenants' equipment. Additionally, you may be involved in planned projects.

The job as a property caretaker is varied and social. Working within Västfastigheter Drift means a stimulating job with great personal responsibility and freedom to manage your work. The position is a temporary employment of 50% lasting until 31/8-26 and may be extended to 100% during the temporary period. There are also good opportunities for extension. Travel may occur in the position.

About You

We expect you to have completed high school with passing grades. If you have any form of technical education or training as a property caretaker, it is an advantage.

We would like you to have a few years of experience in property operations, preferably in a hospital, that you have a B driver's license, and a strong desire to make a difference and an interest in property operations.
