Inside Sales Representatives for Security Services
We at LF Sörmland are now looking for two driven inside sales representatives for Security Services located in Nyköping.

In LF Sörmland's investment in security services, we are now strengthening our team with two proactive salespeople.
With security services, LF Sörmland is making a strategic shift where we, with the help of modern IoT technology, move from being a reactive insurance company to now helping our customers secure before, i.e., avoiding accidents and damages before they occur. This has many advantages, including reducing costs and unpleasant situations for both us and our customers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in our customers' everyday lives.
Our offering within security services includes protection against fire, water, and home alarms, which are integrated into our self-developed app (read more at www.alf.se).
As an inside sales representative in Security Services, you will be in contact with existing customers where your task is to proactively contact the customer and provide tailored advice based on the customer's needs. You will also act as support and product assistance to the rest of the organization in their customer contacts, where security services and Alf are discussed. Likewise, you will provide support to existing customers who contact us with various issues related to Security Services. Administration is also part of your work.
Furthermore, it is important that you feel confident in your digital skills and have good communication abilities in both spoken and written Swedish. You will work towards an individual sales budget and will be followed up against this. Self-leadership is central, but teamwork is crucial for our collective results. In your role, you are our face to the company, and it is of utmost importance that you contribute to high customer satisfaction. It is also part of your work to actively participate and contribute to the company's overall development and transformation work related to processes, working methods, and culture.
Employment type: Fixed-term employment until 2027-02-01 with opportunities for both extension and permanent employment.
Scope: Full-time where some working hours may be scheduled in the evenings.
Start date: According to agreement.

- Completed high school education
- Work experience in proactive sales, specifically alarm sales
- Good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish
- High digital maturity primarily within Microsoft 365
