jem & fix is currently looking for a driven Deputy Store Manager for our store in Värnamo!

🧰Your responsibilities:

-As the Deputy Store Manager at jem & fix, you will be responsible for the store's operations when the Store Manager is not present. This means creating conditions for you and your colleagues to deliver good sales results in the best possible way.

-As the right hand of the Store Manager, you ensure that routines regarding cash handling, deliveries, and working environment are followed, and you constantly strive to be a role model for your colleagues.

-You will work operationally with the daily store operations, which includes tasks such as ordering and receiving goods, unpacking deliveries, and leading and actively participating in sales and inventory work.

Since the store is open every day of the week, both day, evening, and weekend work will occur.

We would like you to be a team player who enjoys spreading positive energy and getting your enthusiasm to rub off on others. You are proactive and results-oriented with the ability to clearly communicate expectations and information to your colleagues. You are well-organized and solution-focused even under high workloads, and you have the ability to prioritize and plan for the best workflow. Continuous evaluation of your own and your colleagues' work efforts is something you consider a given. Perhaps you have an ambition to take on the role of Store Manager in the future? If you are also a dedicated and handy DIY enthusiast, that is a big plus.

Meritorious for the position:

-Experience in customer service and/or sales, at least 3 years.

-Previous leadership experience.

-Driver's license: B or AM license.
