JOB DESCRIPTION

As a warehouse administrator, it is important that you take responsibility for your tasks, are meticulous, and have the ability to plan, structure, and prioritize your work independently. You remain calm, stable, and controlled in stressful situations, are attentive and accommodating in your interactions with others. You work well with others and can easily adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize your work. It is also important that you have the ability to assess information and various types of considerations.

It is essential that you share the fundamental values of the Swedish Prison and Probation Service regarding a humane view of humanity, respect for the individual, and belief in the human will and ability to develop. You are also aware of and understand how background, culture, and group affiliation affect yourself and others. Furthermore, you are expected to contribute to ensuring that everyone is treated equally through your approach. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• Work experience, including seasonal work, part-time employment, or self-employment. Internships and volunteer work are not considered equivalent to employment.
• Complete high school education or other education combined with work experience that the Swedish Prison and Probation Service deems relevant.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.
• Good computer skills.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Work experience from warehouses and/or inventory management.
• Experience working within the prison and probation system.
• Driver's license for manual transmission.
