Your Responsibilities

We are currently looking for Animal Keepers for farms in Kalmar County ahead of the spring season 2025.

About the Position:

We are currently seeking dedicated and responsible animal keepers for full-time positions in Kalmar County. Your main responsibilities will include daily care of cows, which involves daily management, milking with robots (Lely or Delaval), and tethering. Feeding and health checks are also part of your daily work. Machine operation is also involved, so we consider it highly meritorious if you have experience operating tractors or loaders. Working hours are full-time/daytime (40 hours/week). Weekend work may occur. Salary according to collective agreement, holiday pay, and occupational pension.

Full-time position: Work in a stable and pleasant working environment. You will be employed by us at Agroflow and hired out to farms in your local area. You will work from home and follow the schedule assigned to you. We offer comprehensive insurance for your safety while you are on your assignments, and you will always have a present and supportive manager available throughout your assignment.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a good eye for animals and experience working with cows. Important qualities include being loyal and conscientious, flexible, and structured. Working on a farm involves a lot of freedom under responsibility, and you should not be afraid to pitch in where needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience with cows/cattle
• Responsible and reliable.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Driver's license (B)
• Meritorious if you have experience operating machinery
• Highly meritorious if you have knowledge of insemination/pregnancy checks
