Christinelunds Gård is a prominent dairy farm in Småland with a focus on sustainability and innovation. We work with a wide range of agricultural activities including crop production and animal husbandry. By combining traditional farming methods with the latest technology, we strive to promote a sustainable future – both for our business and for society at large. At the end of September 2024, 8 milking robots were completed and we also put our new biogas plant into operation, a long-term investment that makes us completely self-sufficient in energy. This facility is a significant step in our efforts to reduce climate impact and streamline operations, while we continue to work towards a more sustainable and circular production.

As a Farm Manager with us at Christinelunds Gård, you will be part of an engaged team where collaboration and participation are in focus. With Aron, the farm's owner as your closest manager, you will have a leader who cares about you as an individual and values inclusive leadership and development, both for you personally and for the business as a whole.

• Overall responsibility for ensuring the daily operations of the farm
• Keep track of the overall workflow, from prioritizing resources, delegating tasks to managing any other tasks that arise (e.g. repairs and emergencies).
• Associated administrative work such as crop planning, orders, etc.
• Common tasks within agriculture, including machine operation, fertilization, crop production, etc.

• Previous experience in agriculture. We see it as absolutely necessary that you have previous experience, however, it is not as important how you acquired this experience. Perhaps you grew up on a farm and know what it means to be a farmer? Or maybe you have been in the industry before & want to return? Regardless of whether you gained your knowledge through work experience or a natural connection to agriculture, you need to have a basic understanding of farming.
• Experience with heavy machinery/vehicles. You must have practical experience operating heavy machinery, such as tractors or other agricultural machines. We are looking for someone who is comfortable sitting behind the wheel and has experience handling large vehicles.
• Basic technical competence. This is necessary to handle the tools and systems used in daily work, including GPS steering of machines.
• Driver's license B.
• Swedish spoken and written.

• English spoken and written.
• Experience with milk, meat & crop production.
• Previous leadership experience.

Working hours: Varying working hours, Monday-Sunday

Employment form: Full-time, permanent with an initial probationary period of 6 months.
