As a Cleaner, you are responsible for keeping the destination's premises and facilities clean, fresh, and welcoming. You work both independently and together with your colleagues to create a pleasant environment that makes a significant difference in the guest's first impression and overall experience.

The work is varied and includes cleaning in cabins, service buildings, common areas, and other facilities at the destination. The role also involves contributing to good collaboration between departments and supporting the team when needed.

Your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring high quality in the cleaning of cabins, service buildings, common areas, and other facilities.

• Restocking supplies and reporting any faults, damages, or needs for action.

• Contributing to a welcoming atmosphere through order, quality, and a service-oriented approach.

• Supporting other departments as needed when the situation requires it.

• Collaborating with colleagues to create a safe, clean, and pleasant destination for both guests and employees.

The role suits you if you enjoy practical work, have an eye for detail, and like to create environments where people feel cared for.

We are looking for a responsible, meticulous, and service-oriented person who wants to contribute to a pleasant and well-maintained destination.

To succeed in the role, we see that you:

• Have experience in cleaning or housekeeping, preferably from hotels, camping, cleaning services, or similar environments.

• Enjoy physical work and have a good sense of quality.

• Are collaborative and willing to support colleagues when the need arises.

• Have basic IT skills to manage simpler systems and reporting.

• Communicate well in Swedish or English.

• Have an eye for detail and decor.

It is a plus if you:

• Have experience in service or guest interactions.

• Have previous experience in cleaning in a larger facility or a fast-paced environment.

The position is a permanent employment and is covered by a collective agreement with an initial probationary period. Salary and conditions are according to agreement.
