You are needed as Linköping develops

As CEO of Lejonfastigheter, you will primarily work on leading and strategically developing the company, ensuring a close and trusting collaboration with Linköping Municipality as the main client and owner. Here, you will have the opportunity and space to be innovative and forward-thinking within the framework of our mission and goals. In your role as CEO, you will have overall responsibility for operations, finances, organization, and culture.

You will primarily work with:

• leading and developing the company through clear direction, priorities, and goals
• managing relationships and collaboration with municipal leadership, political representatives, and other key stakeholders
• driving strategic development and change processes related to the property portfolio, customer needs, and societal development in transition

You will lead Lejonfastigheter's management team and be part of an engaged and competent group, while also being a member of the management team of Stadshus AB. Reporting will be to the board and the municipal director.

What do you bring to us?

We are looking for an experienced and confident leader with a background in strategic management roles within complex organizations. You have experience in leading change and are accustomed to working in collaboration within or close to a municipal and politically governed context. You have a good understanding of financial management, investments, and priorities, as well as knowledge of the real estate industry.

To thrive in this role, you need to enjoy driving change and creating clarity in complex contexts. You are clear, courageous, and strategic, with the ability to combine trust and care with setting demands, follow-up, and engaging goal-setting. The role involves many contact points and a multifaceted everyday life, so it is important that you are flexible and possess good communication skills.

About Lejonfastigheter

Lejonfastigheter owns, develops, and manages community properties where tens of thousands of Linköping residents work and spend time every day. Our mission is to provide Linköping Municipality with suitable premises. We are owned by Linköping Stadshus AB, and our mission focuses on properties for schools, care, sports, culture, and other forms of community service – such as emergency services and libraries.

In total, we own 250 properties that include approximately 1000 buildings, which create value for municipal operations and residents throughout Linköping.
