The Role: More than just cleaning – a leading service position

As a Cleaning Team Leader with us, you are responsible for delivering a world-class coworking experience. This is a key role where you combine operational leadership with strategically driving our processes forward as we expand.

You will be the bridge between the cleaning team and the rest of the organization. Your mission is to ensure that our environments are always representative, efficient, and welcoming.

Your main responsibilities

Operational Management & Reliability

• Plan, distribute, and prioritize daily tasks (including breakfast service).

• Manage scheduling and ensure staffing.

• Act as operational support in daily tasks as needed – you are a leader who shows the way.

• Be responsible for inventory, orders, and resource optimization.

Quality & Expansion

• Develop, document, and implement new cleaning routines and checklists.

• Conduct quality audits and analyze results for continuous improvement.

• Actively participate in the startup of new facilities – from site-specific schedules to equipment.

Educational Leadership & Culture

• Design and implement structured onboarding programs for new employees.

• Mentor and coach the team to ensure the highest professional level.

• Act as an ambassador for a good work environment and build a strong team spirit.

Who are you?

We are looking for a confident and pedagogical leader with the ability to see both the small details and the big picture.

We see that you have:

• Experience: Documented background in management from the cleaning or service industry.

• Process Familiarity: Experience in building and following up routines and quality standards.

• Language: Very good knowledge of Swedish and English (both spoken and written).

• System Familiarity: You are comfortable with digital tools for scheduling and documentation.
