Your Role

We are now looking for engaged and structured planners for two different, yet similar, roles who want to contribute to a developing operation. In one role, you will be an important part of the daily operations and work closely with our workshop - you will plan and coordinate work, follow up on interruptions and deviations, and ensure that the right actions are taken. The second planning role includes the same tasks but with the addition of having the opportunity to work with more long-term assignment planning and follow-up.

Regardless of which role appeals to you, we believe that with your holistic view and structured approach, you will help create order, foresight, and stability in a dynamic everyday life. An important part of the work is to create a balance between resources, capacity, and assignments so that the operation can work as efficiently and proactively as possible.

You will act as support to workshop managers and other functions in daily work and be a natural contact point between different parts of the organization. The roles also include producing documentation and follow-ups that contribute to structure, overview, and continued development of our working methods. There are great opportunities to shape and further develop the roles to your liking!

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who thrives in a coordinating role where structure, collaboration, and communication are crucial. You have the ability to keep many parallel tasks together, see connections, and enjoy creating order in an environment where conditions sometimes change rapidly. We believe you are proactive and like to be self-driven and take your own initiatives.

To succeed in the roles, we believe you:

• are structured, responsible, and have a good ability to prioritize
• are communicative and enjoy many contact points
• are solution-oriented and have an interest in improvement work

You have a few years of experience in planning, coordinating, or similar work, and it is advantageous if you have worked in a workshop, industry, service, or other production-related operations. While your background and experience are very important for this position, we will also place great emphasis on your personal suitability.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, involve requirements for certain citizenship.
