We are steadily growing and are now looking for an experienced and driven team leader in cleaning with a focus on stair cleaning, office cleaning, window cleaning, home cleaning, and move-out cleaning. About the role

As a team leader in cleaning, you will be responsible for both operations and personnel in a growing area of the business. You will lead an engaged team and ensure that our assignments are carried out with high quality, efficiency, and a sense of service.

The role combines operational work on-site with administrative tasks such as planning, staffing, customer contact, and follow-up.

Your main responsibilities:

• Plan, lead, and follow up on work in stair cleaning, office cleaning, window cleaning, home cleaning, and move-out cleaning

• Introduce and coach new employees and follow up on the quality of the work performed

• Ensure that schedules, routines, and customer agreements are followed

• Conduct customer meetings and quality controls

• Prepare quotes, plan resources, and manage simpler budget and cost follow-up

• Contribute to a positive work environment and strong teamwork

We are looking for someone who

• Has documented experience in cleaning, preferably with SRY or PRYL training

• Has previous experience in management within cleaning or similar operations

• Is self-driven, structured, and results-oriented

• Has good communication skills and enjoys customer contact

• Is accustomed to working in digital systems and has an understanding of scheduling, finance, and personnel issues

• Has a B driver's license and good driving experience

• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
