Team Leader for Candeo Städservice AB

We are the growing cleaning company Candeo Städservice AB. We offer established businesses and private customers quality and service in facility management.

We are looking for a team leader with administrative experience who wants to help further develop our operations. You will play a central role in planning, leading, and following up on daily operations while handling administrative tasks that are important for our structure and quality.

Your daily tasks:

• Plan, lead, and follow up on the daily work of cleaning staff
• Be responsible for scheduling, absences, and staffing in our booking system.
• Act as a contact person for customers and handle customer inquiries
• Ensure that quality and work environment routines are followed
• Perform some personnel administration, such as reporting and documentation
• Work on upselling to our existing customers
• Clean at customer sites if required by the business

Candeo is looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in team leadership within facility management
• Is accustomed to working administratively and has good computer skills
• Is self-driven, structured, and has good communication skills
• Has a B driver's license with manual transmission (required)
• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written (additional languages are a plus)

Meritorious

-Experience in floor care, window cleaning, move-out cleaning

-Cleaning education PRYL, SRY vocational certificate, or similar
