We are now looking for an experienced cleaner who wants to work with us at LKF, where we focus on customers, strong teams, and joy at work. The position is permanent with a 6-month probationary period.

Description:

Your tasks as a cleaner will primarily involve cleaning stairwells and laundry rooms, and to fit this role, you need to be meticulous, flexible, and able to work both independently and in a team.

We are looking for someone with at least one year of work experience in cleaning, primarily within properties. It is advantageous if you have any of the professional certificates SRY, PRYL, or equivalent. The tasks are physically demanding, and we work with environmentally friendly and ergonomic cleaning methods. For the position, you must be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and have a B driver's license. Additionally, computer skills are advantageous, as it is important that you can absorb information and routines and communicate via email, apps, and intranet.

To succeed in the role, you should be self-driven, responsible, communicative, and flexible. You deliver results and meet expectations with good communication with our customers. It is also crucial that you have good empathetic skills and are good at building positive relationships.
