About Yalla Trappan

Yalla Trappan is not an ordinary company; it is a socially integrated business and women's cooperative run by a non-profit association in Rosengård, Malmö. Yalla Trappan's goal is to create job opportunities and increased economic independence for foreign-born women who are far from the labor market. By utilizing the vast skills of Yalla Trappan's employees, we have collectively created a viable and stable operation characterized by community and innovation. Today, Yalla Trappan has about 45 employees and also welcomes women for work introduction in our various business areas: Sewing Studio, catering/restaurant, and cleaning services. Our business is steadily growing, which means more job opportunities and the ability to make a real difference in our employees' lives.

Cleaning Services

We have undergone a reorganization and now want to strengthen the strategic and developmental part of the operation. Therefore, we are looking for a coordinator focused on business and operational development, with an emphasis on customer relations, routines, structure, and long-term development. We provide cleaning services to companies and associations throughout Malmö. The cleaning team currently consists of 5 women with varying degrees of employment. Yalla Trappan's ambition is for the cleaning services to grow, allowing us to offer more women employment. We are now looking for a coordinator who can take the operation to the next level!

About the Position

As a coordinator, you play a key role in leading the employees and developing our cleaning services with a focus on:

• Working with business development and being responsible for sales and development efforts by identifying new opportunities, customer needs, and areas for improvement in the operation

• Leading employees, ensuring a safe and learning work environment, and coordinating information and communication internally and externally

• Maintaining an overview of the operation's finances by preparing quotes, compiling invoicing materials, monitoring deliveries, and ensuring accurate reporting

• Developing and improving routines, working methods, and processes in the operation

• Building and nurturing customer relationships and systematically quality assuring the work

• Participating in management and development meetings with other coordinators and operational managers

• Contributing to cooperative and sustainable working methods

• Holds a valid driver's license (B)
