The Staffing Pool is an internal staffing organization within Regionservice. Our mission is to assist service operations with trained substitutes who can cover vacancies during shorter or longer absences of regular staff.

The position means that you work as a temporary employee in Regionservice, which means that you support the various operations with your skills in daily work. It is a job that offers great variety and change.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We offer hourly employment as a basis. This means that the number of working hours per week may vary.

As an employee in the Staffing Pool, you support several different occupational categories, such as cleaning, transport, and meal service.

Right now, we are looking for cleaners. In the role of cleaner, you will work with cleaning of receptions, departments, office spaces, and common areas. Patient-related cleaning and infection cleaning are also included.

The work takes place in a hospital environment, and you will work alongside nurses, doctors, nursing assistants, and caretakers. In your daily work, you will also have contact with the patients who are in the premises.

Since we operate Monday to Sunday, working hours may include both weekend and evening shifts. Working hours can vary, and needs may arise at all hours of the day.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is at least 18 years old and has completed high school or equivalent. Additionally, you have good computer skills. The position requires that you have very good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form. It is an advantage if you have cleaning education, SRY, Danish hygiene standard, INSTA800, and/or work experience in cleaning. Previous experience in the service industry is also advantageous.

Furthermore, you are passionate about providing good service and want to help create a good and pleasant care environment for patients in Skåne. A good reception and a high level of service are crucial for the patient's hospital stay. Therefore, we want you to be positive, accommodating, and have a genuine interest in the service profession.
