About the position We are now looking for you who, together with our Housekeeping Manager, wants to lead our wonderful and important Housekeeping team. The role includes overall operational responsibility; together with the Housekeeping Manager, you will lead and distribute the work, work with guest and employee satisfaction, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and staff development. You will have a natural part in the operations as well as take on scheduling, absence management, inventory, room inspections, etc.

Who are you? We believe that experience working in hotels is an important prerequisite for the position. If you have also worked with cleaning, in hotels or in other contexts, this is highly meritorious. It is also advantageous if you have previously held a leadership position. As a person, you are meticulous, organized, and believe, just like us, that together is an important keyword for achieving success. The position requires you to be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written; other language skills are advantageous.
