At Städgruppen Syd, we have a "luxury problem" – our customers love what we do and we are growing rapidly. But for us, quality is more important than quantity. We are not looking for just anyone who can hold a mop; we are looking for you who understands that a clean home means peace and tranquility for our customers.
Your primary job will be to perform home cleaning and deep cleaning, but there may also be moving cleanings.
Who are you?
We actually don’t care if your CV is perfect. We care about who you are:
* You show up: Reliability is everything to us. Our customers and colleagues trust you.
* You have an "eye": You see the spot on the trim that no one else sees.
* You are solution-oriented: If the bus is late or a key is acting up, you find a way forward instead of giving up.
* You speak and write Swedish/English fluently to communicate with our customers.
A driver's license is a requirement for this position. For those who have a driver's license, are skilled, and take more responsibility, there is a chance to get a team leader role.
