The cleaning unit is a team of 45 people who clean the hospital's other areas such as reception areas, operating departments, offices, toilets, changing rooms, and more. The cleaning team has an infection cleaning team that performs all infection cleaning.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We offer two positions for summer staff between weeks 25 and 34, with the first two weeks being training.

In the role of cleaner, you will work with cleaning of reception areas, departments, office spaces, and common areas. Patient-related cleaning and infection cleaning are also included.

The work takes place in a hospital environment, and you will work side by side with nurses, doctors, nursing assistants, and janitors. In your daily work, you will also have contact with the patients who are in the premises.

As we operate Monday to Sunday, working hours may include both day and weekend shifts. Working hours can vary from 06:00-18:00 on weekdays and 06:00-15:00 on weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is at least 18 years old. The position requires that you have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form, which means you need to be able to understand information and communicate with colleagues, healthcare staff, and patients. It is an advantage if you have cleaning training, SRY, Danish hygiene standards, INSTA800, and/or work experience in cleaning.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing good service and who wants to help create a good and pleasant healthcare environment for patients in Skåne. A good approach and a high level of service are crucial for the patient's hospital stay. Therefore, we want you to be positive, accommodating, and have a genuine interest in the cleaning profession.
