Svalöfs Gymnasium and adult education, located in shared premises, has around 750 students. The school offers six national programs: the Natural Resource Program, the Vehicle and Transport Program, the Construction and Civil Engineering Program, and the Electrical and Energy Program. There are also four introductory programs that prepare for further high school studies or work. Additionally, the school offers two four-year programs in the adapted high school: Forest, Animals, and Land, and Vehicle and Goods Management. About 120 high school students live in the dormitory at Svalöfs Gymnasium during the week.

The adult education consists of Sfi, basic and high school courses, and vocational training.

The school employs approximately 130 staff members who all work with the best interests of the students in mind. The school has developed clear structures and strategies towards set goals to ensure that all students succeed in their studies, and considers value-based work and formative teaching as the most important processes. The school buildings were expanded in 2008 and 2018, and everyone works in bright and modern facilities that are continuously reviewed and updated. Work teams have their own premises and workspaces and are responsible for their own budget and scheduling. Safety and well-being are important, and mentorship is well-developed at the high school.

Meticulous, flexible, and efficient.

You should be able to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language.

Experience and education in cleaning services are advantageous.
