We are now establishing a new position, Inside Sales and Technical Support, to meet our customers' needs.
We are looking for an experienced inside salesperson to complement our team. You will engage with our customers via phone and email. Plan trips and schedule customer visits for other salespeople who conduct physical visits. This position involves proactive daily customer contact and providing customers with current marketing materials in both print and digital formats.
The role includes administrative and supportive tasks within Welin, focusing on technical aspects. This includes technical support and order management, as well as administrative functions that are crucial for the smooth operation of the business and its continuous development and improvement. You will ensure that daily operations run efficiently while also being involved in the development of our digital tools and routines.
Responsibilities include:
- Inside Sales: Support the sales organization with technical and product-related expertise in customer dialogues. Be a vital link between the customer, sales organization, and internal functions.
- Training: Together with the training manager, conduct internal and external training on products. Develop and update training materials, manuals, and instructions.
- Order Management: Register incoming orders from customers.
- Data Management: Collect, process, and modify customer data in the business system.
- Technical Support: (Backup for the regular support manager) Handle incoming cases from customers and users regarding technical problems or questions. Participate in the development and improvement of support processes and case management.
