The Parks Department of Hällefors municipality is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of park areas and green spaces, as well as the operation and maintenance of playgrounds, swimming areas, and sports facilities.

We are now looking for 9 seasonal employees who want to help ensure the quality of the external maintenance of public spaces. The positions are temporary: 8 of the positions are for six months (April–September) and 1 for three months (June–August).

Job Responsibilities

As a park worker, you will:

• Perform common tasks related to green space maintenance, such as trimming, mowing, weeding, and cleaning.
• Take care of some equipment maintenance.
• Work both independently and in a team in a versatile and challenging role.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a B driver's license.
• Is practical and enjoys outdoor work.
• Is responsible, meticulous, and willing to work.
• Is positive, cooperative, and service-oriented.

Meritorious

• Education in green space maintenance or similar.
• Experience from similar work or machinery.

Conditions

The positions are temporary, starting from 2025-04-01, for six months, and one position starting from 2025-06-01, for three months. The work is full-time. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
