About the Job

As a production staff member, you are a key person in our production. You will be responsible for various parts of the tomato plants' life cycle and harvest, including planting, tying, pruning, side shoot removal, and harvesting. The work also includes quality control, inventory management, packaging, and labeling of products, as well as documentation in our ERP system.

You will work in a warm and humid environment with high demands for hygiene and safety. The job requires precision, efficiency, and a high level of responsibility.

About You

We are looking for someone with experience in greenhouse cultivation, the food industry, or another manufacturing industry. You should have good physical ability to stand for long periods and handle heavier lifting when necessary.

You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and are used to working methodically and following instructions. Experience with ERP systems is a plus. As a person, you are flexible, stress-resistant, and have an easy time collaborating with others in the team.
