At Culinar, we are now looking for a Quality Specialist – a central role for those who want to contribute to safe raw materials, satisfied customers, and continuous improvements in a business where tradition meets innovation.

About the role

As a Quality Specialist with us, you will play a central role in ensuring high quality, food safety, and sustainability in our supplier and raw material chain. You will work closely with both internal and external parties and contribute to meeting legal requirements, customer demands, and our own high-quality standards.

The role involves a broad responsibility where you combine analytical work with practical improvement efforts and serve as a support to the organization in quality-related matters. You operate in an international context and participate in audits of suppliers and other external collaborations.

Examples of tasks:

• Assessment and follow-up of suppliers from a quality and sustainability perspective
• Ensuring and risk assessment of raw material quality
• Conducting and following up on supplier audits
• Working with HACCP, VACCP, and TACCP
• Managing deviations and driving improvement actions
• Developing, analyzing, and reporting statistics
• Providing quality-related support to internal functions such as production, purchasing, sales, and product development
• Collaborating with external parties such as suppliers, industry networks, consultants, auditors, and authorities

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in a similar role and who wants to continue developing in the field. You have a post-secondary education in areas such as food/gastronomy, chemistry, quality, or sustainability. Furthermore, you have good system and computer skills, work comfortably in the Office suite, and communicate well in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Travel: International travel occurs and varies from year to year. About 25 travel days/year
